You, everyone in your household and adult children living away from home up to age 26, can access up to six sessions (previously three sessions) per issue, each year. Work with a counselor in person, over the phone, or through tele-video.

Counseling sessions are available either in-person or virtually and provide support for all situations, including:

  • Moving and life changes
  • Anxiety, stress, and depression
  • Relationship advice
  • Work/life balance concerns
  • Caregiver stress

If additional emotional support is needed after the 6 no-cost counseling sessions, check with your health plan for behavioral health coverage details.

Take advantage of 2025 enhancements, including:

  • Ability to research providers and schedule appointments online.
  • Assistance locating a provider who has availability and is also in-network with your health plan
  • Chat therapy – send secure texts to your counselor.  One week of chat therapy is equivalent to one of the six no-cost counseling sessions.
