Educational and Professional Reimbursement Program (EPRP)

The County offers a best-in-class tuition assistance benefit through the Educational and Professional Reimbursement Program (EPRP)! All full-time regular, part-time, limited-term, and probationary employees are eligible for the EPRP.  The Educational and Professional Reimbursement Program is designed to encourage employees to continue their professional development, learn new concepts and methods to help meet the changing demands of their job. The courses must be taken on the employee's own time, and be job related or prepare the employee to transition and/or advance to other County occupations. All request much be approved by their immediate supervisor and Agency/Department Head.

Eligible Expenses

All bargaining units have a limit of $10,000 annually except for the Attorney ($2,000) and Public Safety General  & Public Safety Supervisory ($4,000) bargaining units. Examples of eligible expenses include:
