The John Wayne Airport Ambassadors are volunteer emissaries for the Airport and the County of Orange. The role of the Ambassador is to provide customer service to Airport patrons inside the terminal in a knowledgeable, professional and friendly manner. Volunteers must be 18 years of age or older.

Volunteers receive training and are asked to commit to two four-hour shifts per month. Duties involve walking and standing for long periods of time. Each volunteer is furnished with an official Ambassador blazer and asked to supply his/her own white shirt, tan slacks and a BIG smile!
